Nowadays, the retail sector is experiencing significant growth as a result of the economic recovery and the active expansion of the range of goods produced. At the same time, the development of new forms and methods of retail trade, ranging from the optimization of organizational and management structures to the introduction of digital technologies, becomes the basis for the development of a comprehensive program of actions that will allow us to respond quickly to changing consumer demands.
Possesing all the necessary knowledge, the expert group in the field of consumer goods and retail is engaged in the development of programs for the optimization and development of retail networks.
During our practice, we have completed a number of projects for networks of various formats. In many cases, the goal of the project concluded in developing a comprehensive program of activities aimed at optimizing current activities and introducing a new retail network development strategy.
